The same scam as others-high bidder on my iPhone, never paid, but marked as paid on Ebay. Looked up the address here and saw all the comments and tried to cancel sale and also reported buyer. The scammer reported to Ebay unauthorized use of their account after I didn't ship, so Ebay cancelled the transaction after a few days. They need to block this address. I will keep following up with them on this, but the user is still active so beware.
