Most ratings get a neutral rate if there's no interaction with the sales. Simply a purchase and deliver would be a neutral for me. I appreciate the message and reaching out. If the timing was sooner, prior to the rating I would've given as such. I can go buy anything and deal with no interactions and use that as a baseline for neutral. People that reach out and make the effort I acknowledge. Hopefully this explains things” Don’t deal with them or you’ll get a neutral!
