Buyer purchased a cooktop Control Board, we have two same boards listed but we displayed photos for one board only in the listing, the first board was previously sold, the second one was purchased by this buyer. Buyer started return as "Wrong Item Received" and said that the board he received has a different sticker than the one pictured, he was referring to a sticker that represents manufacturing facility, no two board has the same sticker he was referring to. This is what happened. Buyer misdiagnosed his appliance, ordered wrong part, and when our board didn't fix his cooktop he abused ebay return by making false claim and force us to accept return and avoid paying two ways shipping. Very evil buyer.
