Amazon customer returned order and did not use any bubble wrap or packaging (we shipped it securely with bubble wrap, as we do with every instrument we sell). Due to lack of packaging from this Amazon customer, we received a damaged instrument back as a return. Also we are missing the DVD and booklet from the return. Customer claimed the product did not work, but it works fine, except now it is damaged due to their poor packaging and we can't resell it.
