Buyer made an offer on an item. I accepted the sale on 01/01/17 but the buyer never paid. Unpaid Item Assistant automatically went through its usual process with no follow-up from the buyer. I then relisted once the case closed in my favor and I was credited back my Final Value Fees. On 02/20/17, the buyer opened an INR claim. Why he was able to do this, I have no idea. Contacted eBay for quick resolution in my favor. Blocked and reported buyer for abuse of Buyer Protection Program.
