Bought an item on ebay, claimed it was "broken" two weeks later. Refused shipping insurance, refused replacement, filed a dispute. In return he sends an item that was never sent to him, nothing we carry in inventory. Ebay decides to do nothing despite evidence, buyer will not admit to it and leaves negative feedback. Then the fraudster puts his car for sale up on eBay with the product he stole installed on it.
