She tried to claim INR. Once proved delivery with tracking, she has made up story of how a BRAND NEW WITH TAGS item has been heavily used, worn and stained to the point of permanent damage. She then tried to extort discount to compensate for imaginary damage.
Offered her refund on return, she didn’t like it and left negative. She sent a lot of bad language emails in the meantime; one reading:
“You desperate despicable person. The lies have just fallen naturally from your filthy mouth. . You can insult and lie all you like. If you had bothered to track you will have seen that the item was delivered this morning. All the rest of your shit you have made up.. you horror.... in your own 'chip on your shoulder' mind. you nutter....”
