Of course you wont get a response. The buyer is a crook! He knew the item was broken and bought it for that exact reason, to scrap it for parts at your expense. The only thing you can do, is clearly show PayPal the listing clearly stating that it was no returns and you had clearly stated the condition in the listing. You would of won the case. But sounds like you lost since you got the item back, you should of redisputed the item claiming not everything was returned.
