I believe buyer is a scammer. She returns items and sends back paper (magazines, receipts, etc) and keeps the item, and sometimes reports she never got it. Out of fear of negative feedback some sellers never reported her. Some did. I received a package with a catalog in it, the back page ripped off (containing address). It came from her location and I was able to take pictures as I was opening the item. She opened a case for item not as described and got very angry and demanded a refund and left negative feedback. eBay sided in my favor (no refund) and removed the negative feedback. After she lost the case she opened another linked account sandraomaha and bought more from me to bypass my blocked list (violated eBay policy)! She then left negative feedback (eBay is now investigating and has removed 1 negative feedback and working on removal of others). The negative feedback is quite outrageous (claimed discrimination on the latest). I hope she doesn't scam anyone else.
