you should be waiting the last possible day until the dispute is due. Once you have all this information, either submit it to PayPal or report it to Ebay as stolen merchandise. Ebay knows exactly what is in PayPal's resolution center. You can also report it to the local police department and you have all the evidence of filing stolen merchandise . Ebay will suspend him because they dont want to get involved with assholes like him and you have the evidence to take both collections and legal actions against this ashole.
