Like him and alot of other people from Florida. Florida from our experience has a large amount of people think they can file disputes for any bullshit reason they want. The person can file all the disputes they want, if they dont return the item they dont get their money back. Dont pay for anyone's return shipping especially when they file a dispute. Make them pay for it, why should you be out the total amount of the purchase plus additional expenses as in paying from some other idiots shipping. There was no way he would get a refund for not returning the item, unless you gave him a refund prior to the receipt, in that case thats your fault. But sounds like that didnt happen.

I am the person that this seller is referring to. If you stumbled on this page from searching my personal information I should mention that this seller is lying. He sent me an item that looks nothing like the picture he posted on the ebay listing. When I contacted the seller about the problem, he said he would be willing to return the item but I have to pay for return shipping (which would cost nearly half as much as the item costs) so I declined the offer, kept the item, and then rated him with 1 star detailing my experience. The seller out of pettiness proceeded to make up this fake story about me. Return shipping was not offered and I did not request a refund while wanting to keep the item as he claims.
