Customer claimed to have not received the correct silver bars that he purchased, when he did in fact receive the silver bars that her purchased since we have video surveillance that claims the correct products were shipped out. He initiated claim saying he got wrong items and then switched the silver bars for coppers bars (which we do not even sell) and returned those back to us while receiving a refund from eBay once the shipment was returned. Michael Rios is a FRAUD and you should not conduct business with him.
