This buyer purchased two units of the same product, then claimed one unit to be defective, returned it for refund. The returned package is an entirely empty box, which nothing in it. Checked with him, he changed his story saying he received an empty box, which is entirely false, because the package we sent to him as the right weight and was used USPS priority mail, instead of USPS first class mail (which is used to send one unit of this product). This buyer also filed Amazon A-Z claim. This is a shameless fraudulent act.
