3 hrs after she paid for bag asked if I had mailed it. I got the order 45 min before the post office closed. As she hadn't asked me to ship same day, I didn't rush to post office. Instant she received bag claimed it's covered in stains; accused me of deliberately lying; accused me (falsely) of selling the same item on eBay and on another site simultaneously; despite being told to return bag for full refund she left very petty, vindictive (not to mention inaccurate) feedback on my page, where I had never had a complaint against me before. Be very very careful when selling to her.
