Buyer purchased a jacket and wore it and busted a seam in the jacket. After stating she loved the jacket, our store tried to see if another one was available. There was not one in her plus size. Since she said she loved the jacket so much, I contacted the manufacturer to see if they would pay to have the jacket fixed. They said to get an estimate which I told her. She then called the manufacturer and complained and they offered her a new jacket with a discount for next year. She reported us to the BBB with which we have never had a problem since 1920. My guess is she wants a free jacket as we just went ahead and refunded her money. Sellers beware!
