Details: | Sold a lot of 20 computer graphics cards (all the same make and model). When the buyer received the lot, he left positive feedback. Then he changed his mind saying that I was "a bad business" and all but 6 of the cards were bad and that he wanted a full refund. He opened a case, and the return was granted. He shipped back 14 cards, at least 6 were a completely different make and form factor of the cards that were sold (badly scratched, other cards had damage that were NOT representative of what I had sold). The customs declaration form said there were 16 cards returned. Which is it? eBay initially decided in the buyer's favor, but upon Money Back Guarantee appeal, eBay promptly reversed the decision and found in my favor. Thank you eBay customer service for your prompt response, and thank you to the user who reported a similar problem on this site. |
