Details: | This customer used our proxy service to purchase an item in Japan, paid the deposit and then refused to pay the balance once the item was ready to ship. Filed a Paypal dispute claiming that there was no follow-up to her order which was untrue. She clearly didn't want the item anymore but lied about the situation. Never responded to our communication. And of course we lost the Paypal claim with no way to return the proxy item to the seller. |
