Buyer used guest account on eBay to purchase two chairs. Buyer was mailed items and tracking shows buyer got their purchase. Buyer waits one week then opens return request for items claiming "One leg was snapped" we ask for photos a total of 8 times with zero response from buyer. We grant the return and send them a free label to mail chairs back. Buyer never responds and case is closed out after 15 days.
Then buyer does a chargeback using PayPal/Mastercard and claims "He does not recognize the charge" We have already uploaded his eBay message which proves he got the items, and filed a police report in which we will be brought to court once he is served. He has been reported to the FBI internet crimes divison and has other outstanding fraud cases.
