First off we would ban with someone with a name like that. Second, you took a credit card transaction for an international purchase big mistake. The fact is that you know, that anything that leaves the post office isnt tracked, so the burden of proof is on you that you send it to the valididated credit card shipment address. There is not way to do a CSV match for any international country except the UK and Canada! You took the transaction, processed it and took the risk and responsibility. Even if you put tracking on the package, you did not prove that you had a verified shipment address that matched the credit card! You were stupid in doing that and now your paying for it.
