There was nothing polite about Mr. DeGroot's demand. He was threathening and rude.

This is the prob with Ebay lately.. newbies. This guy much like so many others have no idea what ebay is or was and sure as hell ain't got a clue to how it works. Sad..

I have dealt with Avogadro's Lab Supply and I can tell you he is a first class asshole. He is a crooked lying snake in the grass. Avoid Avogadro's Lab Supply like the plague. If he would spend more time taking care of his customers and quit acting like a whiny little twirp he would not have the problems or the time to post things about his customers that are truly having problems.

It's over a year ago, but the Avogadro's Lab Supply scammer keeps publishing the private details of his customers. My Avogadro Lab Review: Bad products and even worse service!

Both buyers have now filed formal complaints with eBay for the flagrant, repeated violation of their TOS.

Let's hope eBay will ban Avogadro's Lab supply for their public smearing of customers who only demand the merchandise they paid for.

Well Mr. De Groot, if one wishes to make disparaging claims in a public forum then they should stand behind those claims and take credit. Unfortunately, the internet allows anonymous people to throw stones while hiding behind a pseudonym. It is always interesting to see the anguish people experiance when the curtain is pulled back on their identity.

The same happened to me!

It was a small part that was missing on a very expensive order, and he refused to send it to me. That small part can not be bought anywhere easily, since it is two pieces, only sold in bulk. So it cost me over 100 dolars to buy them elsewhere.

When I complained somewhere about this bad customer treatment, he proceeded to paste my name, address and company name online, with emails I had sent him, but twisted, with omitted sentences and changed sentences to make me seem unreasonable.

Avogadro's never uses a name in their email correspondence. The site is registered to a sock puppet, so it is impossible or very hard to find out who is behind this shady company.

From what I have been able to find out, the owner is James M Callan, and he's a real crook, inflating eBay listings by letting sock puppetr do many small purchases and then ranking them all 5-stars. The reality is that he has many 1-star ratings, but they're buried in the fake ratings.

eBay should do something about those sellers..

Unfortunately this is a smear campaign by one user. I have seen other posts by this same guy on multiple sites. Take what this dude says with a grain of salt.

There are rumors online that the owner of Avogadro's Lab Supply, Mr. James Callan, is a convicted Pedophile, who was sentenced for sex with a minor when he was in his late twenties.
