I have been selling on and off on eBay for 18 years. This is the first time a buyer has done this with me. The buyer paid immediately with Buy It Now on Sept. 16, 2017 and I shipped out as promised; package delivered with tracking on Sept. 20th. I received an email On Oct. 2, that the buyer submitted a case with PayPal that they did not authorize the purchase. PayPal has since put a hold on my payment for the item that the buyer already received, and I have had to submit files and proof that I did nothing wrong. The case is still under review and it may take up to 30 days or more for PayPal to release the funds on the item that the customer has received, that is...if they find me in favor. The buyer has not contacted me of any issues. They are scamming Paypal, but you, as a seller, will pay the price! DO NOT SELL TO THIS PERSON!
