I see the order was placed in November but this "bad" customer report posted dec 6 stating product "is on it's way" meaning customer still had not received product at that time. She still could have denied receipt of product of selected "return to sender". Meaning the customer may not be as bad as is stated here.

The customer filed a chargeback for a product on its way to her. She never returned the merchandise, whilst we lost the merchandise plus were slapped with a fine.

Methinks this is a classic case of fraud. Assuming you are Cheryl Pennington and you're trying to do damage control, we'd appreciate it if you would contact us and pay us the money you owe us.

Frank from Owndoc.com here pretends to be a lady named Sarah. He publishes personal information all over the internet if a customer is in any way dissatisfied with his company 'products' that he orders from Alibaba and claims to manufacture.

He has a ToS which states any disputes will be considered fraud. Including disputes about delivery times. There are websites dedicated to his scam. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable company when looking for the products Owndoc.com sells.

Frank is one of our employees and he invented and initially produced our flagship product, the Derminator. That device, as well as our C60 product, is made in our own factory. You said you'd destroy our reputation online, but you really have to try harder.

The guy who started the anonymous blog "Owndoc scam" is Robert Lyle Kindelan, an octogenarian who threatened to destroy our reputation unless we'd remove our reviews of the GAPS scam, the diet claiming to cure Autism. He's friends with the woman raking in the dough on that scam. But sure- if you plan on stealing from us, better not to agree with our T&C (blacklisting for fraud). Our company has a factory in Europe where Frank, the engineer that invented the Derminator, even does part of its production. Also our C60 is made in-house.

The woman threatening to murder our company's principals is Ann Venesky. She has made multiple death threats and vowed to "Fuck you up, American style".
