Customer placed order with a billing address of 979 Burke Ave but had it shipped to next door address of 981 Burke Ave. They placed two orders and they were delayed due to being under review. When we finally shipped one, she immediately filed a claim with credit card company for fraud. In our emails back and forth with her, she claimed she called and cancel that (in an attempt to get us to send the other order), however she did no such thing.
