Buyer declared that the smartphone has problem,then he ask we refund him 100USD.We ask him take a video,he send us a blur video,we only can saw the Lenovo logo,can't know the model.We ask him submit a clear video to show us more information,buyer refused and said that he has no HD camera.We checked his feedback and found that he had bought many smartphones during the past period.So it's untrusted cause. We ask he return it back to refund all he paid to us.But we found that the returned parcel is empty,no smartphone,no original package,no usb cable or warranty card.Buyer is scammer and cheater.All seller beware of him.Block him.
