Diyan Nikolov purchased a brand new BB-8 from my website on eBay using his power merchandisers LLC name and had it shipped to someone in DC. After a week of having the item a case was opened with eBay stating the item was defective and the head would not sync. Another week went by and he finally shipped it back to us. We received a droid back which was was dirty and badly scratched up, the original boxes were not returned and neither were the manuals or charging cords. He also sells these droids on Amazon under the business name Power Merchandisers. eBay closed out the case since the item was not returned in the same condition and it was shipped back from New Jersey (tracking9301920128700491935878) where his company is located instead of being returned from DC where the item was shipped to. The scammer then went to Paypal and has received a refund from them. BEWARE HE HAS SINCE CHANGED HIS USER NAME ON EBAY TO diprm13. I filed an IC3 report and fraud case with USPS.
