IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU: CALL eBAY. They have a "faulty return" remedy for sellers. eBay will give you, the seller, your money back and foot the cost because of their guarantee.

Contact the CEO e-mail with your complaints, write good and they WILL respond. I have two incidences and they did respond.
