Purchased a Playstation 3 game, and will advise early that the item has not arrived and not received "Did not get item and would like a refund please." Of course Amazon gives his refund on A-to-Z claims.
If buyer truly does not receive his purchased items in the mail, then he should not be purchasing. Although, I believe that he receives his items, and plays the tired game of getting items for free ($25 was refunded and lost).
