Customer borderline threatening. Hostile, refuses to follow order protocol/return process.
After enough constant pleading, we finally agreed to allow him to order and pick up himself.
Agreed to final sale since we were making an exception with pickup.
(We're a distributor and do not allow walk-in's or pickups, but we offer free shipping)
Now will not stop harassing us because wants to return products for refund.
Making employees uncomfortable, however it is not illegal to make people uncomfortable, so we will not notify the police. We will be making an exception for the return for fear of safety.
