Buyer bids but doesn't pay. Changes his name and there is no email address or telephone number. His feedback score on ebay is all positive (as in, marked green) BUT the messages are all negative. Scam artist! I suspect he has more than one account!!!! Beware! Never ship if item is not paid, report to ebay as soon as possible!
