Details: | Bought two LED license plate lamps for $37.99US and received on Oct 29, 2013. Email us they are wrong item and said will return it. On November 23, 2013 this buyer email us saying it costs $28US to ship back by Fedex. And since we have to deduct $8US to cover the shipping and packaging, he ends up get $1.99US back. Due to this reason, he opened ebay case and claim for the complete amount ($37.99US). And he left us a negative saying: "WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN OVER A DECADE+ON EBAY! BUYER BEWARE!!" and email us: "So, just to sum things up; In good faith, I purchased items that YOU have listed as fitting my w203 model Mercedes, when in-fact they DONT FIT the w203 model. This is somehow my fault? Then insult/acuse me of ABUSING the only recoarse that Ebay offers to protect honest traders (me:PERFECT feedback)from dishonest sellers (you: 1-2 neg feedback/month) ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Enjoy your well deserved negitive feedback. YOU EARNED IT! :-D" If seller can leave negative to buyer I am sure you will get one from me! |
