Possible scammer. Purchased a ring from my etsy store in Feb 2014 and then wrote to me that the package arrived ripped and ring was severely bent. When I requested for photo evidence for a postal insurance claim, she shut up and refused to provide evidence of the damage even till to date and had the gall to claim that she received bad service on seller feedback. I can only summise that she is trying for a BOGO or is a feedback troll.
