Buyer contacted me on day 30 from purchasing this telling me he could not get it working, I suggested he call a local shop and ask them for suggestions, he then after almost 2 additional weeks contacted me saying that the circuit board was damaged (I checked that it transmitted with a frequency counter). When I told him I had 30 day returns but would give him a %50 percent refund as a courtesy he sent an angry message telling me that I sent him junk and that he would involve eBay without a full refund. Difficult, difficult buyer.
