| Details: | In an international sale, the buyer demanded that I give him partial credit on an item. I offered a full refund and return. The buyer refused, threatening me with "going to the resolution center". When I refused a partial credit, instead of contacting ebay, he simply left bad feedback. The buyer was clearly 1) wanted to keep the item and 2) was leveraging the threat of an international return to get a little free money back. and Ebay agreed with me and removed his negative and fraudulent feedback. ebay sellers, add this guy to your block list! |

well, ebay disagreed with you! if you are familiar with ebay's claim resolution process, you know that they generally bend over backwards to side with the buyer. in this case, they did not. that should speak for itself.

Whatever the evidene eBay had they made the decision based on how much money they could make. If the seller made an offer to resolve the problem without being out the product and the money, then he did what he could do. Buyers are the real scam artists nowadays hiding under credit card company's and other companies that kiss their asses.
