Details: | I am a 3rd party marketplace seller. I received 2 seperate fb transactions from this customer on May 25th. Her items were delivered May 27th and are eligible for 7-30 day return policy.
On May 31, I was notified the buyer filed a chargeback for duplicate order. She never reached out to the marketplace who handles payment processing nor to me. She is trying to keep my products and make me pay a $20 chargeback fee on top of the refund when she could have just returned the products to me for a refund to begin with! This chargeback was filed as a matter of convenience and is friendly fraud. Buyer will be blocked from doing any further business. |
