Buyer messaged us after the order shipped out to issue a price match refund. We informed him we do not offer price matches and advised him to return the item once it reached his destination. His response was that he would leave us a negative seller review if we did not honor his request. We advised him that was buyer abuse and would be reported to Amazon. No response until 3 weeks later. He opened up a claim stating the item was defective. We reached out to him letting him know we issued a prepaid label and would issue a refund once the item was received back. He stated he has no intention to return the item and wants a full refund and he will let Amazon decide the outcome. He also stated again he would leave a negative review if we did not refund him in full without returning. Sellers beware of this buyer. Upon investigation it appears he may have some mental health issues from some of the content that was found. |
