Details: | DO NOT SELL TO THIS CUSTOMER. We have 4 orders with this customer and his second order, he returned due to bad quality of brass. We have sold more than 50,000 brass items are seriously have not had one return due to bad quality. We did a one time courtesy return of the item. We received the items back and they were perfectly fine. We were out priority shipping on this order. We offer free shipping and DO NOT offer free returns but since this was a one time issue, we comp'd it. So now we are out the cost of priority shipping to him and from him. He placed a 4th order and is claiming the quality of the brass is horrible and wants to return. We gave him the return address and told him he can return it. He then asked for a return label again. We clearly did not send a return label because the item is fine. They were our only items and we checked the QA of the item before sending it to him. They were all fine. He then disputed the charge. After he disputed the charge, we threatened a police report and he changed his story to the item was damaged. Do not deal with this customer. We have spent a good amount in shipping and chargeback fees. It's not worth it. Stupid kid who still lives at home. |

Hello. This seller is a scammer and was looking to fight with the credit card company who ruled in my favor after I returned items and he claimed the box was empty. He's just mad because he's a scammer who got caught by the credit card company :) xo
