Just another scum bag from New York. You can blame Ebay and PayPal for that one. They did a commercial for weeks on live TV saying to buyers that they get items for free. Id sue PayPal and Ebay for that commercial because they promote scams, call the 800 number of PayPal and you'll hear them tell buyers to file disputes against sellers every 2 minutes while they are on hold.
