On Aug 6, 2020, Adam Berger brusquely demanded we sent him a new magnet for a machine that he'd lost the magnet of. Mr. Berger appears to be used to order people around, seen the way he talked to us and since he barely is out of college but owns therejuvenationplace.com (skin treatment, he is the Owner/Director of Operations at The Rejuvenation Place by Advanced Skin Support in North Dakota) and is the Executive Director at Kannaway (Cannabis products) so he must have been born with a silver spoon in his mouth. When we told him we're appalled at him thinking we'd give him presents and he should simply order a new one, he said he was appalled at our customer service. When we replied he should be polite and not write strange things and why he didn't simply order a replacement magnet, he said he would do everything in his power to destroy our company. He said he studied Marketing and would use his skills in reputation management to destroy our reputation. He said he would publish on his company's Esthetics website a bad story about our company. He said he would use our own Copyrighted materials in order to do so. He also said he would post on every skin forum how bad we are.
