Made two separate purchases on two separate dates a week apart. Filed unauthorized use cases through Paypal for both transactions which were granted; therefore, the payments were both reversed.

Paypal sent a notice to me stating that I was covered under seller protection but I still had the money deducted from my account and now the items are showing up under the unpaid section in my eBay account. I am not able to start any unpaid item case because it appears as though they paid and I issued a refund.
