We do not tolerate online buyers who are scammers. This woman bought two bottles of Eagle Brand Muscle Rub 85 mL. We shipped her exactly what she ordered. She came back and told us that we shipped her the wrong item. We told her that if it was indeed wrong, she could send it back to us and we would refund her. However, she did not do that. She filed an a to z guarantee claim with Amazon to get her money. Of course, Amazon is very buyer-centric and provided her the money back. She got to keep both the product and the refund. This is a very well known scamming technique used by scammers. Please be aware of this person.
