| Details: | Joann Parr defrauded us of USD 228 by filing a PayPal dispute on a tracked shipment on her way to her, in violation of our T&C. Even though we'd offered to at least refund her until the shipment arrived and she'd repay us or refuse the package, she enforced a clawback this way. She had previously agreed that refunds would happen without filing a dispute, since those cause us various types of damage (fees, reputational with our payment processors, etc.) She refused to receive the refund via her bank because she falsely assumed that criminals can somehow take money from a bank account if they merely know the number. |

Since the seller had their PayPal account canceled, they wanted me to give them my bank information. I do not supply my bank information to anyone, especially someone from another country. I contacted PayPal to start a dispute, I didn’t have any other choice.

That's a lie, Joann Parr - you had the choice to give us your banking info so that we could repay you without getting fined for a chargeback. "I did not want to do that so I had no other choice" is like saying: "I did not want to pay so I had no other choice but to steal".
The chargeback itself makes you a thief, since you'll end up with our property AND our money.
We blacklisted you with your picture at ratebuyers.com, as we do with all thieves.

We got our PayPal account canceled for a technicality - we've been incorporated in the UK and PayPal has demanded for years we get a Czech PayPal account bec. we pay taxes in CZ. Then they changed their rules and now they demand a UK PayPal account. Since the UK is soon out of the EU, we decided to re-incorporate in CZ and then reapply for a Czech PayPal account.

Update: Joan Parr, after having clawed back OUR money, took delivery of OUR merchandise and instead of refusing the shipment or returning it, took permanent possession of it, making her fraud premeditated theft.
We will therefore publicly blacklist her on every page of our site after we made a "thieves of carousel" widget.
