Details: | Said we sent wrong item, but refused to send it back. No indication in our records that the wrong was was sent. Filed case wanting refund and we allowed as long as he returned item to settle the guy down. He escalated claim and refused refund if he had to return item. eBay refunded both of us so he got to keep the item and get his money back too. Left negative feed back and lied, was nasty and a real jerk through the whole mess. SELLERS BEWARE - THIS GUY IS TRYING TO DEFRAUD SELLERS AND GET ITEMS FOR FREE AT YOUR EXPENSE!!!!!!! |

Sellers Ebay ID is dvd1

Horrible! He sent me the wrong phone, then he argued with me and refused to send the correct one to make it right, or issue a refund. Ebay had to get involved and they forced him to issue a refund. One of the very few times I have ever had to leave negative feedback. This particular seller, DVD1, has a lot of "issues", just check his Ebay feedback for his seller account.

Said was wrong phone, but refused to send it back. Even though the correct phone was sent and the seller offered many times to exchange or refund anyway, the buyer demanded second phone and/or a refund while keeping the original phone. Ah... NO, You have to return the phone. Sweetie, it is worth money. The buyer was a control freak who kept repeating the same nonsense, refused to follow the proper steps for a refund and taking way too much time up going in circles so Seller asked eBay to close the case. They did and did not count this against the seller or make the seller repay eBay because of the buyers moronic behavior. Rep said seller did all that was required, worked with the buyer, offered a refund and they would be tracking this buyer for further attempts to defraud sellers.
This was a case of attempted fraud by the buyer or the buyer is just totally a moron. In any case, sellers beware of this one.
