Buyer purchased vitamix base from me which was shipped to Japan via ebay GSP. This was tested and working. Buyer claims it was not working, takes it apart breaking the drive cog. He even provided pictures of his handiwork. Claiming the cog was defective he would not accept an oem replacement part I offered as a solution. Return shipping was more then the item price. This guy knew exactly what to say and how to play the system, beware.
