Details: | Buyer buy a bottle of honey. Claimed there was leakage and requested for returns. Photos didn't show the leak although there appears to be some kind of liquids smeared into the packing box to make it look like a leak happened. I requested for a video for the items which was bubble wrapped to see the leakage as claim and to determine whether the seal has been broken as the photo shown was not enough to prove it really was a leak. Buyer never supplied the video. This is the second incident in matters of 2 weeks from this same buyer who buy from different account of mine. Both cases look very suspicious. Despite that i issued a full refund for the first purchase. |
