Same thing happened to me. They used Etsy, placed a high value gold bangle under name; Christine and then right after they sent below message; Preferred refund method: Etsy credit, Hello! This order is a gift. I was unable to place an order with the correct shipping address because I was getting the error. Sent to; Dmitriy Besov, 314 Robinson Lane. Apt: 150205, Wilmington, DE, 19805. We asked for a phone number and they gave a restricted phone number. When we called they said "I'm currently on a business trip in another country, maybe that's why you can't reach me?". We had to cancel the order. Be aware sellers!
