Right there you screwed yourself over. You know you were not supposed to sell anything off Ebay and you did. That should of been the first red flag of you being scammed. Even we know this! Secondly, if you put tracking information on the item then you should of been covered immediately and no claim would of been found in his favor. If the value is over $200 then your required to put a signature required on it. How would you know he's done this before when you cant view or leave negative feedback for a buyer as a seller? Fact is sounds like you never bothered to place tracking on the item, thats your fault.

This is complete nonsense. I just saw this, seller never sent the items. I have 100% positive feedback and have bought many items both on and off of ebay. I eagerly awaited the items but they never arrived. Seller most likely sent to the wrong address if they sent them at all which is doubtful. Asked several times for the tracking info but no response.... bogus complaint and bogus seller. Thank god paypal protects buyers. Also item value was nowhere near $200, stop tarnishing my name because of your mistake!!!

It's not possible to leave negative feedback for a buyer, so your 100% positive feedback doesn't matter. Many verified scammers on here have 100% positive because eBay: The buyer's never wrong.
