The buyer ordered goods from Amazon that were delivered via tracking number per the USPS and then filed an A-to-Z claim with Amazon for a refund. The item had been in her possession a full 2 weeks according to records, prior to contacting me, the seller. I provided Amazon with proof that the items had been delivered and that she was lying about requiring a refund. She is a thief-- do not sell to her.
