One day after we emailed her the tracking number for a replacement device costing USD 190, Emily Wilson contacted our Support with the same story that her device broke and whether we could send a replacement. Our support person did not realize we had just sent her one already so we sent her ANOTHER $190 machine. The customer then refused all communication for weeks, in spite of the fact that she was receiving our emails. Seen these strange behaviors, we have to assume both "the machine broke" reports were fraudulent.
