Avoid this disgusting scamming garbage at all costs! She bought from me on eBay and paid for untracked shipping. Then she opened a dispute on 1 day after the estimated delivery saying that she did not receive it and escalated it to eBay. I had to refund her. Then she admitted that she received the items, but she won't return them back to me because she believes, that I refunded her voluntary. So this gives her the right to keep them. And then she listed my items, which she stole from me for sale! Her feedback left for other sellers (who shipped tracked) is all negative. Then, after I reported her to prevent other innocent eBay sellers getting scammed by this dishonest person, she threatened eBay and contacted their president's office that she is going to sue them for millions if they do not immediately suspend my account for reporting her on this site. After receiving multiple threats from her, eBay suspended my account, so that this scammer can continue using eBay. I have reported eBay for suspending my account due to threats from Amy Castellanos to the BBB and the FBI is currently investigating it. I would recommend all sellers to put this bad person on their blocked list immediately.
