purchased item, a car diagnostic kit, with note that battery would need replacement in laptop at time of sale, this buyer then attempted to extort a new battery, as it was refused to them they then claimed item not as described almost a month after the original sale and delivery, sale was 14 day returns, they started quoting a 30 day return and seemed to know more about returns than the seller, from feedback the buyer has made a number of such claims on sellers, this person returned the items smashed up back to the seller over a month after the delivery, on accessing the hard drive on the notebook machine had gone into hibernation and revealed it was in use at the time connected and testing a one of many vehicles, they are scammers.
